1General Terms & Conditions

Cbk44 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between cbk44 and the user. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all the terms set out below.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with cbk44, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may hold only one account.

• All transactions must be made in your own name using your own payment method.
• Opening an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is strictly prohibited.

A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration. cbk44 may request additional documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, such as a National ID, passport, or driving licence. If a user is unable to provide the required documents, cbk44 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals.

If false information is provided during registration, cbk44 may immediately suspend the account and all funds held within it may be forfeited.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on cbk44:

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. cbk44 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

Cbk44 only processes payments to the payment method registered in the user's name. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets at cbk44:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error occurs within the cbk44 system.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed will remain in effect. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet.
• Match Cancelled: If an event is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Incorrect Odds: If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a clear error, cbk44 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during in-play betting. cbk44 is not responsible for any issues arising from network delays.

Cbk44 reserves the right to set any betting limits. If unusual betting patterns are detected, cbk44 may place the relevant bets under review for investigation.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Cbk44 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of these offers:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements (typically 10–30x the bonus amount).
• Accounts found abusing bonuses through multiple accounts, VPNs, or other methods will be suspended.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain markets or events.
• Cbk44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbk44 and may result in account closure:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events with predetermined outcomes.
• Software Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate the system using bots, scripts, or any other software.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account.
• Money Laundering: Using cbk44 for any illegal financial transactions.
• Bonus Abuse: Any deliberate attempt to exploit the bonus system.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to cbk44's systems, databases, or networks.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, cbk44 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action where necessary.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Cbk44 may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the request of the user to close their own account.

To close your account voluntarily, email support@cbk44.bet. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, cbk44 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

8Limitation of Liability

Cbk44 is not liable for the following:

• Any bets missed due to internet disconnection or network errors.
• Any issues caused by incorrect data provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Any losses incurred during unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• For any loss resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
